Luis J. Rodriguez, EA
Luis J. Rodriguez, a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2003, has been working in public accounting since 2005. Luis has worked for several small and medium accounting firms with a wide‐range of industry‐specific returns from large corporations to small sole‐proprietors and all kinds in between. Luis, his wife Claudia, and daughter Iliana live in San Antonio, and are involved with St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church.
Crystal Mishler, EA
Crystal Mishler is a licensed Enrolled Agent and has spent the last 15 years of her career in the field of public accounting. Crystal graduated Magna Cum Laude as a double major with a degree in Business from Columbia Southern University, and along the way worked hard to obtain multiple certifications and designations while she continued her studies at Sul Ross State University and Western Governors University in the fields of accounting, taxation, management, and many leadership subjects, all of which would eventually provide the foundation for a fun and dynamic career in the financial services field since 2004.
Debra L. Bachleda, CPA
Debra L. Bachleda, CPA is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and has more than 40 years of experience in the accounting field. Debra has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988 and thrives on helping businesses to get their finances in order. Debra has worked with a wide-range of industry-specific returns from large corporations to small sole-proprietors and all kinds in between. Debra lives with her husband Richard in Utopia, TX, and has a son, Steven, and a daughter, Christina.
Adriana Estrada is a graduate of Texas A&M University–San Antonio. Adriana graduated in 2018 with her Bachelor in Accounting. Adriana is always eager to learn something new. Adriana joined our company in December of 2018. When not at work, Adriana is a full time mother to Aubree who is 7 and Naudia who is 2. They love to explore the outdoors and do crafts on the weekends.
Cherelyn Lutz, a 1990 graduate of Southwest CUNA Management School, Houston, TX and currently a senior at Capella University with a 3.85 GPA, graduating in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Specialization in Management and Leadership. Cherelyn has forty years accounting experience, both in the public and private sector. Cherelyn joined our office in November of 2019 as Staff Bookkeeper/Payroll. Born in Hawaii, Cherelyn resides in Quihi, Texas with her husband of 29 years. Cherelyn and her husband have 6 children (one deceased at 16), 10 grandchildren with number 11 on the way, and 3 fur babies.
Claudia Rodriguez, is a graduate of University Texas Health Science Center in 2004. Claudia has been working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist for the past 16 years. In August 2019, Claudia came on board to assist her husband, Luis, as an office manager. Claudia also has bachelor degrees in Psychology and Health Sciences. She was born and raised here in San Antonio. Claudia and Luis, along with their daughter Iliana, live in San Antonio and are involved with St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church. As a family we enjoy supporting local and national organizations such as: Children’s Shelter, Ronald McDonald House, Alzheimer’s Association, St. Jude’s Hospital, Foster Programs, Animal Rights/Rescue Programs and more.
Jeanette McGlun is a San Antonio Native. Jeanette earned a Certificate of Finance in 2002 through Business Careers High School. Upon her senior year in high school, she immediately began her career with Security Service Federal Credit Union as a Business Development Intern and worked her way through the career ladder for 11 years and departed with the company as a Senior Operations Officer of two branch locations in 2012. Jeanette then decided to start a new journey with Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in the Consumer Lending Department and played roles as a Trainer, a Subject Matter Expert, and departed as a Senior Consumer Lending Specialist in 2017. Jeanette joined our office in March of 2018. She is currently the Front Desk Coordinator and is quickly learning the fundamentals of what makes the office operate effectively offering a helping hand in administration. She dedicates the rest of her time to her husband and son who is actively involved in sports and finds every opportunity she can to travel anywhere out of Texas.
James is a San Antonio native. James has spent most of his career in hotel management with portfolios ranging from 1 million to 28 million in annual revenues. James has also been a part of the project management team for 2 newly constructed hotels and 1 renovation. James comes to us with a wealth of P&L management. James joined our team in May of 2020. When not at work, James enjoys spending time outdoors with his two children Jacob and Leah. They enjoy playing sports or a weekend getaway at the beach.
Diana Camargo is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio. Diana graduated in 2014 with her Bachelor in Accounting. Diana has worked in public accounting for 6 years, both in audit and tax. Diana joined our firm in June 2020 as Tax Associate. When not at work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband Israel, her two dogs, Toby and Matcha, and her cat Drako. Diana loves reading, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Cayla Williams, originally from Tampa, Florida , moved 2 years ago from Easton, Pennsylvania. She is graduating in 2021 with her Associates Degree in Business Management. She is adventurous and likes to explore outdoors, and she enjoys cooking new recipes with her fur babies. Cayla is always up for a new challenge and very eager for the future to come.
Alexandra Umbel is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. Alexandra graduated in 2018 with her Bachelors in Accounting, and then completed an additional 30 hours of accounting and business classes to become CPA eligible. When not at work, Alexandra spends weekends playing sand volleyball with her three sisters or road tripping to the beach.
